Self care is one of those things that I find hard to do. Teach me your ways, oh ye who get it.
Before then, I’m doing things I enjoy in the hope that it helps. Reading, writing in my journal, listening to podcasts, a good night’s sleep, trying to drink more than a glass of water a day, walking.
And also: trying to talk about things here. As opposed to the emotional stuff one may be dealing with and the attendant exposure. Let’s see how that goes.
